我是用 mailcow 自建的邮局，搭建非常方便，被各种邮箱拒收之后才发现自建邮局没那么简单，以下列出我遇到的发送给 outlook 时的问题和解决方法

为了方便描述，这里使用 example.com 作为根域名，mail.example.com 作为主机名（hostname），1.1.1.1 作为邮箱服务器 IP

1. IP 被反垃圾邮件联盟列入黑名单

收到的拒信消息 xxxxxx@outlook.com: host outlook-com.olc.protection.outlook.com[104.47.23.74] said: 550 5.7.1 Service unavailable, Client host [1.1.1.1] blocked using Spamhaus. lo request removal from this list see https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/1.1.1.1 AS(1450) (in reply to RCPT TO command

原因 发件服务器 IP 被反垃圾邮件联盟列入黑名单

解决方法 访问消息中的网址，在网址下方点击 Show details 进行申诉，申诉通过后就可以将 IP 从黑名单中删除，为期一年

2. IP 被微软列入了黑名单

收到的拒信消息 Error: 550 5.7.1 Unfortunately&undefined; messages from [1.1.1.1] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3140). You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. [AM3PEPF0000A79B.eurprd04.prod.outlook.com 2023-10-18T07:30:48.491Z 08DBCEB6D38F78C2]

原因 可能这个 IP 之前发送过垃圾邮件或被用户举报，所以被微软列入了黑名单

解决方法 联系微软邮件客服来解除黑名单限制，联系地址，填写内容可以参考 这篇文章，如果微软一直不回复只能自己更换 IP
